- Your Responsibility: The Site may allow you and other users to post, share, or upload content (“User Submissions”). Whether published or not, we do not guarantee privacy or confidentiality for anything you submit. You alone are accountable for what you post and any outcomes it may cause. We reserve the full right—without notifying you—to review, approve, decline, edit, or remove any content (including User Submissions) at our sole discretion.
- Ownership Rights: You affirm that you either own or have full legal permission to share your User Submissions, including all relevant intellectual property rights. - License to Use: By submitting any User Content to ukhighrollertop, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license (including sublicensing rights) to use, modify, share, display, and create derivative works based on your content across all platforms. This includes other users having the right to view and interact with your content, always in line with these Terms. Where permitted by law, you waive any moral rights to your submission.
-
Content Restrictions: You agree not to post or share content that:
- Violates consumer protection laws by being misleading or unfair
- Contains copyrighted or confidential material you don’t have rights to
- Endangers personal or public safety, violates law enforcement, or national security
- Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity

- Exposure Warning: By using the Site, you acknowledge that you may come across User Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate. We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy, safety, or legality of those posts. You waive any legal claims against ukhighrollertop relating to such exposure.
- Content Disclaimer. We make every effort to keep the information on our Site current, reliable, and accurate. However, we do not guarantee its completeness or relevance. The content may change at any time without prior notice. Your decision to use or rely on any information is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

-
Warranty Disclaimer.
- This clause applies regardless of whether services on the Site are paid or free. Some jurisdictions may limit or restrict the exclusion of warranties, so portions of this clause may not apply in all locations.
- The Site is offered “as is” and “as available.” ukhighrollertop gives no guarantees, explicit or implied, including warranties of merchantability, title, non-infringement, or suitability for a specific purpose. We do not promise the Site will be error-free, secure, or virus-free. Access interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur. You acknowledge that technical issues beyond our control may affect performance, and we are not liable for resulting disruptions.
- ukhighrollertop makes no warranties regarding any content created by users and disclaims responsibility for anything submitted through User Submissions.
- You understand and agree that ukhighrollertop is not accountable for any conduct or content created by Site users, even if it is unlawful, defamatory, or offensive. You assume all associated risk.
- Choosing to use Site content, including third-party materials or User Submissions, is entirely at your own risk. If a dispute arises between you and a third party, you accept that ukhighrollertop bears no responsibility.
- Aside from what is explicitly stated in our Privacy Policy, we offer no warranties—implied or otherwise—about the security of your data or activity while using the Site.
- While we aim to provide useful insights about third-party services and products listed on the Site, we may earn fees from sponsored listings or referral clicks. However, such financial relationships do not influence the objectivity of our content.
-
Limitation of Liability.
- To the greatest extent permitted by law, ukhighrollertop shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses—including lost profits, data, or reputation—that result from your use of the Site. Some local laws may override this limitation.
- In any case, our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed $1,000 USD, regardless of the claim or incident.
- Your Responsibility (Indemnification). You agree to defend and hold harmless ukhighrollertop, its team, affiliates, officers, and agents against any legal claims, losses, damages, or expenses—including attorney fees—resulting from: (i) your use or misuse of the Site, (ii) your content submissions, (iii) your interactions with other users, or (iv) any violation of these Terms.
- Termination of Agreement. These Terms remain in effect until ended by either you or ukhighrollertop. We reserve the right to terminate your access—immediately and without prior notice—if we believe you've violated any part of the Terms. If you’re dissatisfied or object to any updates, your only remedy is to stop using the Site. Upon termination, your right to access the Site ends. Several clauses, such as those related to intellectual property and liability, will continue to apply even after termination.
- No Employment Relationship. You and ukhighrollertop are independent entities. Nothing in these Terms establishes a partnership, joint venture, or employment arrangement. You may not represent or bind ukhighrollertop in any way.
- Transfer of Rights. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any associated rights without our prior written consent. We may assign them freely, without prior notice to you.
- Legal Framework. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, regardless of legal conflict principles. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, unless ukhighrollertop seeks injunctive relief elsewhere. If any clause is deemed unenforceable, all other clauses remain valid. Failure to enforce a right or term does not constitute a waiver. Legal claims related to the Site must be initiated within one year of the event, or they are permanently barred.
